Charlotte Gastaut
Esta vez me he encontrado el trabajo de Charlotte Gastaut, gracias a la agencia de ilustradores Francesa Jeanne Robillard, (esta semana me ha dado algo por los ilustradores Franceses). Y aunque todo acerca de ella lo encontré en francés de lo poco que entiendo y deduzco es que nació en Marsella en 1974 y en 1996 efectuó sus estudios en la ESAG-Penninghem, de ahí se ha dedicado a la ilustración infantil y tiene muchísimos libros publicados! Por lo que puedo admirar de su trabajo y de sus libros tiende a ilustrar historias clasicas de ciertos países, sus personajes son muy elaborados y a la vez muy simples....
En fin... una imagen dice mas que mil palabras, si alguien sabe mas de ella o conoce su trabajo, me encantaría que lo compartieran ya que por mas que quise saber mas, es muy poco lo que hay, no tiene sitio, ni blog.

This time I've found the work of Charlotte Gastaut, thanks to the French Agency Jeanne Robillard, (seems that this week I have something with French illustrators). And even though everything I found about her was in French, the little I understood and guessed is that she was born in Marseille in 1974 and studied in the ESAG-Penninghem in 1996, from there she dedicated herself to children illustration and has many books published! By her work and her books I can tell that she likes to illustrate classic stories from certain countries and her characters are very intricate and simple at the same time...
Anyway... An image tells more than thousand words, if somebody know more about her or knows her work I would really appreciate if you would share it; because I would like to know more about her but there is not much info. in the web and she doesn't have a web site or a blog.
