Libro de hoy! - Book of today!
De verdad que yo tengo un karma con los libros de Rebecca Dautremer, me los encuentro en los lugares menos pensados y cuando menos me lo espero. Esta vez paseando por la librería Gandhi de la ciudad de México me tope con un libro hermoso ilustrado por ella: “Las Fabulas de La Fontaine”, en su idioma original (Francés), editado por Ed. Magnard Jeunesse.
Tomando en cuenta de que acá en México es muy difícil encontrar sus libros este encuentro fue maravilloso. La edición es del 2001 y es hermoso! Las ilustraciones son, para variar, una delicia y me recordó mucho un libro que tengo de las fabulas de La Fontaine pero ilustrado por Marc Chagall… Que buen libro ese! Bueno pues se los super recomiendo, todo los libros de esta mujer son maravillosos! Miren a detalle las ilustraciones dandoles click, son hermosas!

I think I have karma with the books of Rebecca Dautremer, I find them in the weirdest places and at the oddest times. This time I was walking around the famous book store called “Gandhi” in Mexico City and I just ran into this beautiful book illustrated by her: “Fables de la Fontaine”, in its original language (French), published by Magnard Jeunesse.
Taking in count that here in Mexico is very difficult to find these foreign children books this finding was amazing! This is a 2001 edition and is completely beautiful! The illustrations are, as usual, delicious and it reminds me a lot of a book I have of the fables of La Fontaine but illustrated by the famous painter Marc Chagall… that’s such a good book! I really recommend this book; well… all her books are amazing!!! Look the illustrations in detail clicking on them, they are beautiful!
